How do your sizes run?

Most items run true to size, but certain styles (like fitted tees or women's cuts) may run slightly smaller. Be sure to check the sizing guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up for the most comfortable fit.

Because our items are made to order, actual measurements may vary slightly — within the manufacturer tolerance noted on each size chart (typically 1 to 1.5 inches, depending on the product). This is normal and not considered a defect.

What kind of shirts and products do you use?

We use trusted apparel suppliers to produce high-quality, print-on-demand products. Our shirts are made from premium cotton or cotton-blend fabrics selected for comfort, durability, and excellent print quality. Material and fabric information is provided on each product page so you can shop with confidence.

Will my item look exactly like the product photos?

We do our best to ensure product images accurately represent each item. Some photos may include digital mockups or lifestyle imagery used for presentation purposes. However, because all items are printed on demand, slight variations in color, fit, garment details, or print placement may occur depending on the style, size, screen settings, lighting, and production batch. These minor variations are a normal part of the apparel production process and do not qualify as defects. Damage that occurs after delivery or through normal wear is also not considered a defect.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. This timeframe includes processing, production, and shipping. Most items are printed and prepared within 3–7 business days before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on your location, carrier speed, and the type of item ordered.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped, which will include the most up-to-date information on your order's status and delivery progress.

Please note, some products may take slightly longer due to extended production times or seasonal demand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and delivery location.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories typically takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are in addition to production time and may be longer during periods of high demand.

What's your return policy?

We offer two paths for returns:

  • Store credit for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Replacement or refund for items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted within 30 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for store credit include worn or used items, washed or altered items, items opened or removed from their original packaging. Store credit returns submitted after the 14-day window are also not eligible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, because each item is printed on demand to your specifications, we’re unable to offer exchanges.
