Return & Exchange Policy

What’s your return policy?

We offer two paths for returns:

Store credit for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Replacement or refund for items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted within 30 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for store credit include worn or used items, washed or altered items, items opened or removed from their original packaging. Store credit returns submitted after the 14-day window are also not eligible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I start a return for store credit?

If your item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging, you can request a return for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to inspection. Only items in their original condition will be accepted. Items found to be used, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise damaged will be rejected.

To start your return:

1. Email returns@tryhardtees.com with your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
2. Once reviewed, verified, and approved, we will send you return instructions. 
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
4. If eligible, we'll issue store credit (as a digital gift card or coupon code) for the product value, excluding shipping. 
5. Claims are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. 
6. Store credit can be used on a future order, and standard shipping rates will apply. 
7. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

How do I start a return or refund for a defective or damaged item?

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

All claims are subject to review against our production partner's quality standards. Minor variations in color, fit, garment details, or print placement are a normal part of print-on-demand manufacturing and do not qualify as defects. Items ordered in the wrong size or color are not eligible for returns.

To start your return:

  1. Email returns@tryhardtees.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
  2. Once reviewed and approved, eligible cases will receive either a free replacement or a refund.
  3. You do not need to return the item.
  4. Claims are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.
  5. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, because each item is printed on demand to your specifications, we’re unable to offer exchanges. 
Please check our size chart and product layouts carefully before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet entered production. If you need to make a change, please contact customerservice@tryhardtees.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because all items are printed on demand, our production partners begin processing orders very quickly. As a result, once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes, including updates to items, sizes, or shipping details.
